REFUND POLICY

OUR COMMITMENT

You start free with 500 credits, so you can see what Foreword makes for your brand before you pay. If you then buy and it is not right for you, you can get your money back for credits you have not used, within 14 days.

14-DAY REFUND ON CREDIT PACKS

Within 14 days of buying a credit pack (Taster, Starter, Standard or Studio), you can request a refund for the credits you have not used.

• - Unused credits are refunded at the price you paid per credit. For example, if you bought 1,000 credits for ₹1,999 and used 300, we refund the remaining 700 credits
• - Credits already spent on posts or reels that were created for you are not refundable
• - Free starter credits have no cash value and are not refundable

CONTENT PARTNER PLAN

The Content Partner plan (₹9,999 per month) can be cancelled at any time. Cancel before the next renewal date and you will not be charged again; you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.

If you cancel within 14 days of a monthly charge, we refund the unused credits from that month on the same per-credit basis as above.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

If a technical problem on our side stopped you from receiving content you paid for, tell us at any time within the 14 days and we will either fix it or refund the affected credits, whichever you prefer.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email support@tryforeword.comwithin 14 days of purchase with the subject line “Refund Request” and your account email address. We review requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
