Foreword is built to deliver real value from your very first scan. We stand behind the product.
ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND
You are eligible for a full refund if your first scan did not complete successfully within 7 days of your subscription start date.
To request a refund, email support@tryforeword.com within 7 days of purchase with the subject line “Refund Request” and your account email address.
WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE
We do not offer refunds once your first scan has been successfully delivered. The core value of Foreword — your Foreword Score, fix list, and AI brand analysis — is delivered in that first report.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain full access to Foreword until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
PROCESSING TIME
All refund requests are reviewed and processed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
