We use AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, xAI) to process your brand queries. These queries are sent to third-party AI engines on your behalf. You can opt out of AI processing by contacting support@tryforeword.com.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We share your information only with service providers who help us deliver the Service:

  • - Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
  • - Supabase — database and authentication
  • - Anthropic — AI processing for brand scans
  • - OpenAI — AI processing for brand scans
  • - Google Cloud AI / Gemini — AI processing for brand scans
  • - Perplexity — AI processing for brand scans
  • - xAI / Grok — AI processing for brand scans
  • - Vercel — website hosting
  • - Resend — transactional email delivery
  • - PostHog — product analytics
  • - Sentry — error monitoring
  • - Inngest — background job processing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity with notice to you.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records retained for 7 years for tax compliance).

7. COOKIES AND TRACKING

We use essential cookies (required for login sessions) and analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how users interact with the Service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@tryforeword.com and we will delete it.

9. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)
